SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. In areas where UPS service is unavailable, we will fulfill your order through an alternative carrier.

Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping to these locations is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Botanical Synthesis is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately via our contact form at botanicalsynthesis.com/pages/contact and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out via our contact form at botanicalsynthesis.com/pages/contact. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Botanical Synthesis is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
