In all cases, Botanical Synthesis's total cumulative liability to you arising
out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website or products shall
not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Botanical Synthesis
for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12)
months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim
is based, whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
4. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

Botanical Synthesis products are dietary supplements and topical applications
designed to support natural pain relief.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All ingredients are FDA GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe). However, individual
results may vary. You acknowledge and accept that:
• The use of any Botanical Synthesis product is entirely at your own risk;
• You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate
for your individual health circumstances;
• Botanical Synthesis is not liable for any adverse reactions, health
complications, or interactions with medications or existing conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Botanical Synthesis reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the
availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received and confirmed before any order is processed or shipped.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Botanical Synthesis does not store full credit card information on its servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including
orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale purposes.
6. Subscription Terms

Subscription plans
Botanical Synthesis offers recurring subscription plans for 1, 2, or 3 products,
delivered respectively every 1, 2, or 3 months on an ongoing basis. By enrolling
in a subscription, you authorize Botanical Synthesis to automatically charge your
credit card on file according to your selected billing cycle.
Billing and fulfillment
Your credit card will be charged on your scheduled billing date. Order
fulfillment begins the following business day after a successful charge.
Botanical Synthesis is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing
failures, card declines, or expired payment information. It is your
responsibility to maintain current and valid payment details in your account.
Subscription bundles — promotional free products
Subscription plans may be purchased alongside promotional bundle offers
(e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free). Please note:
• Promotional free products are included in the first order only.
• All subsequent recurring subscription orders will be fulfilled at the
base subscription quantity (1, 2, or 3 products respectively), without
the additional free products from the initial promotion.
• Example: A "Buy 3, Get 2 Free" subscription starter order ships 5
products. All future recurring orders in that subscription ship 3 products
at the standard subscription price.
Subscription discounts
Subscriptions include a discounted price compared to one-time purchases.
This discount is conditional on maintaining an active subscription.
If you cancel your subscription after your first order has been fulfilled and
shipped, you will be charged the difference between the subscription discounted
price you paid and the full one-time purchase price for that fulfilled order.
This amount will be charged to your card on file at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or
by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect immediately.
• If your subscription order has not yet been fulfilled at the time of
cancellation, you will receive a full refund for that billing cycle.
• If your subscription order has already been fulfilled and shipped, no
refund will be issued for that order. You may, however, initiate a return
in accordance with Section 7 (Return and Refund Policy) below.
Botanical Synthesis is not liable for charges that occur as a result of failure
to cancel before the scheduled billing date.
7. Return and Refund Policy

First-order guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are not
satisfied with your first order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase
for a full refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team through the website contact
form. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Subsequent orders
For all orders after your first purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of
delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for

Botanical Synthesis reserves the right to limit or deny return requests that
appear abusive or fraudulent.
8. Shipping and Delivery

Botanical Synthesis ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on destination and the
shipping method selected at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on
qualifying orders over $35 within the United States (excluding certain locations
as noted at checkout).
Risk of loss and title for all purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the
carrier. Botanical Synthesis is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages
caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or any other
circumstances outside our direct control.
For international shipments to Canada, you are solely responsible for any
applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact Botanical
Synthesis in writing and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Binding arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of
or relating to these Terms, the website, or any Botanical Synthesis product shall
be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. The arbitration shall be
conducted in Chicago, Illinois.
Class action waiver
You and Botanical Synthesis agree that each may bring claims against the other
only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member
in any purported class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may
not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form
of class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of
competent jurisdiction in Chicago, Illinois to prevent irreparable harm pending
arbitration.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict
of law provisions.
For any matters not subject to mandatory arbitration under Section 9, or in the
event that the arbitration clause is found unenforceable, you irrevocably submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in
Cook County, Illinois.
11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Botanical Synthesis, its
parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors,
employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any
claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or
fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
• Your violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your use or misuse of the website or products;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Any content you submit or transmit through the website;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Use License
